Beyond the ordinary
This is where our journey begins. Get to know me, what I do, and how I'm committed to quality and great service. We can grow and succeed together. I'm glad you're here.

Beyond the ordinary
Lived experience, shared with care. I know how isolating OCD can be, because I've lived it. When I was struggling, what I wanted most was someone who truly understood. Now I offer that understanding to others. I'm not a therapist. I'm a peer coach with lived experience of OCD, trained by Alison Institute, Anxiety Institute, and certified by the IPSB. My role is to walk alongside you while you do the work of recovery with your treatment team.

My Journey
I was diagnosed with OCD in my 30s but have struggled with it my entire life. I have had Just Right OCD, Hit & Run OCD, Somatic OCD, and Emotional Contamination, among other themes. I have been in remission for almost 10 years.
